The room was silent & neat with a high level of privacy and semi open air private bath, for instance. Had hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The accommodation had a remote location to town up hill.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The private hot spring was excellent, offering a quiet and relaxing environment. The hotel room was nice, although better ventilation would have been ideal as it did get quite hot at times. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even waiting for us at the train station without us asking. The location of the hotel was great, being close to major attractions in the Hakone area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Everything was fantastic, no negatives to mention.
